By accessing or using EngRoles ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EngRoles is a job listing platform that connects recruiters with software engineers. Recruiters can post job listings and access applicant information. Job seekers can browse listings and apply to positions.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your password
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information

4. Recruiter Terms

Subscription: Recruiters pay $79/month for access to 4 active job listings and full applicant details.

Listing Guidelines: All job postings must be:

Real, active positions
Accurately described
Free of discriminatory language
Not spam or duplicate listings

Refund Policy: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Job Seeker Terms

Access: Job seekers gain 30 days of free access by forwarding a recruiter email from the last 30 days to our inbox.

Profile Accuracy: You must provide accurate information in your profile, resume, and applications.

Application Responsibility: By applying to a listing, you grant the recruiter access to your profile information and resume.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
Scrape or automatically access the Service
Harass other users or send spam
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

EngRoles and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EngRoles and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profiles, job listings), but grant EngRoles a license to display and distribute this content as necessary to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

Job placement or hiring outcomes
Quality of candidates or job listings
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy of user-provided information

9. Limitation of Liability

EngRoles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
